1: Personal approach – no-obligation introduction

Get in touch with me to discuss your travel wishes and ideas. We will schedule a call or an in-person meeting. Whether you already have a specific trip in mind or are still exploring options, I think along with you and inspire where needed. Your wishes and travel style are always the starting point.

Based on our conversation, you will receive a bespoke travel proposal. A unique experience is central, with careful attention to detail. You will receive the proposal by email and via the MyTC app from Travel Counsellors. This handy app shows your proposal and virtual itinerary, and later brings all your travel documents together in one place.

There is always room for adjustments or adding activities and excursions. Together we fine-tune everything so that the proposal matches your wishes 100%.
Once you are happy and ready to book, I share a secure payment link with you. As soon as the payment is completed, your booking is confirmed. Flights, accommodation, transfers and any excursions are arranged down to the last detail, so you do not have to worry about a thing.
A few weeks before departure I will contact you to go through the final preparations and share useful tips and information about your destination.
All travel documents are stored clearly in the MyTC app, so there is no need to print anything.

I am your dedicated point of contact. Throughout your journey I am available for any questions or emergencies, and you can rely on personal support wherever you are. In addition, Travel Counsellors has a Duty Office in the UK that monitors situations 24/7.
You can rely on quality and peace of mind. Through Travel Counsellors, I am affiliated with ANVR and your journey is protected via SGR (Stichting Garantiefonds Reisgelden), so your money is safe and you can travel without worries.
